JOSEPH M. WALSH
Chairman and CEO

A Cadence Industries executive for many years, Joe Walsh has headed eight Cadence-owned companies, including U.S. Pencil & Stationery Company, Perfect Subscription Company, and Curtis Circulation Company. Prior to joining Cadence, Joe was a member of the management team at Peat, Marwick, and Mitchell - one of the largest CPA firms in the nation. Joe has been affiliated with Curtis for over 35 years and when Hachette Distribution Services (now known as Lagardere Services) purchased Curtis in 1986, he retained 10% of the company's ownership. Well known for his "hands-on" management style, Joe's diverse experience and strong background in both subscription and newsstand magazine sales make him one of the industry's most knowledgeable, well-liked, and highly respected leaders. A man of decisive action, Joe has introduced changes in the structure, procedures, and systems of Curtis - all designed to give the company the capability, flexibility, and information flow necessary to anticipate and comprehend trends in the circulation industry.

DENNIS F. PORTI
President and Chief Operating Officer

A 30-year industry veteran, Dennis Porti began his employment with Curtis in 1987. Over these many years, he has held various management positions within the Company and for nine years, served as its Executive Vice President, where he was responsible for Curtis' entire sales, retail marketing, client services, specialty sales and business development areas. Having played such an integral role in the growth and success of the Company for over 20 years, as its President and COO, Porti is charged with the responsibility of managing Curtis' day-to-day activities and efforts in all segments of our business.

MICHELLE P. INGENITO
Senior Vice President, Publisher Services & Sales Development

Michelle began her newsstand industry career at Curtis Circulation Company in 1996 as an Associate Account Executive. Over the next eight years she held various positions in the Client Services department, including Account Executive, Account Group Manager and Account Group Director. In November 2005, Ingenito was promoted to the position of Vice President, Client Planning and Administration where she was responsible for the coordination and implementation of Curtis' publisher efforts at all levels. Today, Michelle holds the position of Senior Vice President, Publisher Services and Sales Development, managing the largest account executive staff in the industry, while further developing Curtis' client publishing strategies and techniques. She also directs the Curtis' Specialty Sales department, which generates approximately $200 million in sales through chain bookstore and non-traditional retailers.

DOMENIC A. CROCETTI
Vice President, Financial Services

A Curtis employee since 1974, Domenic Crocetti has held several operational and financial positions at Curtis, most recently the position of Controller. As Vice President, Financial Services, Domenic supervises Curtis' entire Pennsauken, NJ-based operations facility and oversees the activities of the industry's most advanced and flexible Database System.

SCOTT LARGEY
Vice President, Sales

An industry veteran since 1980, Scott Largey joined Curtis in 1990 as an Account Executive and since then, he has served as a Division Sales Manager and as Director, Wholesaler Group Sales. Most recently, Scott served as National Sales Director. As Vice President, Sales, Scott is now responsible for the day to day operation of the industry's largest and most successful wholesaler field sales organization.

RODNEY J. COONEY
Vice President, Retail Marketing

A Curtis executive since 1997, Rod Cooney has an extensive background in the direct manufacturing and food brokerage business, with an emphasis in the confectionery and snack segments. His most recent position was that of Vice President for metropolitan New York's largest food broker, Merkert Metro, where his responsibilities included directing the activities of the sales force, and representing major brands, such as: Borden; Cadbury; Hershey; and Fleer-Marvel. Prior to his position at Merkert Metro, Rod worked for Hershey Chocolate Company and was responsible for product sales in key retail chains, various jobber operations, and managing food brokers in the United States.  Rod now directs one of the industry's most dynamic and highly successful retail chain marketing operations.

BRETT SAVIO
Vice President, Assistant to the President

Brett joined Curtis in 2009, as Vice President, Assistant to the President. A Certified Public Accountant, Savio had spent the prior ten years at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he served at the Senior Manager level. During his tenure at E & Y, Brett worked with a diverse group of company clients; many of which were leaders in their respective industries and several, specialized in wholesale distribution, corporate solutions and sales at retail. Brett works closely with Dennis Porti, President and COO, on strategic sales and service initiatives, designed to enhance the position of Curtis and our publisher clients in the marketplace.
